Rabbi Megan GoldMarche is the rabbi of Silverstein Base Hillel: Lincoln Park and a rabbi of Metro Chicago Hillel. Base serves as a hub for young adults craving meaningful, welcoming, vibrant Jewish life and is committed to pluralism and founded on three core values: hospitality, learning, and justice. Megan grew up in the Chicago suburbs. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2006 with a B.A. in Psychology and Women’s Studies.  Megan was ordained by the Jewish Theological Seminary in 2014 and received an MA in Jewish Gender and Women’s Studies and a certificate in Pastoral Care and Counseling. She teaches classes on the intersections of Judaism and feminism, queerness, masculinity and justice regularly in her work! Megan lives in Chicago with her wife Paige and their daughter Bri.
