The Program in Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies
Siren! A Magazine for Feminism, Media, & Activism is accepting proposals for its inaugural issue, "Resurfacing Feminist Currents." This issue seeks to amplify underrepresented and silenced voices in media and culture. We strongly encourage submissions from early-career researchers, students, activists, artists, and independent intellectuals, in various formats, including:
- Written papers (analytical essays and shorter works-in-progress)
- Multimedia and hybrid works (audio, photography, AV)
- Experimental formats

Proposals need to be sent in English, although the chosen final pieces will have the option to be sent in Spanish and be published in their original language, with an English translation.
