GSWS is proud to announce that senior Annah Chollet has been awarded the 2021 Marshall Scholarship. Annah, who is currently completing her honors thesis through the GSWS Program, was the 2020 recipient of the Truman Scholarship. Upon graduation from Penn, Annah plans to attend Oxford University.
