Eng (GSWS Core Faculty & English) highlighted in Omnia about his new coauthored book illuminating the lives and struggles of Asian-American students. “Racial Melancholia, Racial Dissociation: On the Social and Psychic Lives of Asian-Americans” draws on 20 years of experience working with Asian and Asian-American students, with the classroom serving as “social barometers of the changing patterns of immigration, assimilation, and racialization.”
