OWN IT Penn is a women’s empowerment, on-campus organization that aims to bridge the gap between female leaders and the young women who admire them, as well as to create awareness of the hurdles women still face in the workplace by hosting a diverse and accessible summit for college-aged students.

By creating a summit that is accessible to college-age students of all gender identities and expressions, we hope to provide Penn students with the ability to see, learn from and connect with leaders of the 21st century. The OWN IT Summit will consist of broader panels and more intimate panels designed to inspire, teach, and empower. This event is open to EVERYONE, regardless of sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, race, religion, national origin, or socioeconomic status.
