A Conversation with Michael Arceneaux. 2018 Mark D. Gordon Lecture

Tuesday, October 23, 2018 - 7:00pm to 8:30pm

Arch 208

3601 Locust Walk

Through his candor and wit, Michael unapologetically addresses race, sexuality, religion, and pop culture through the lens of marginalization in today’s America. Michael comments on his life as a black gay man, and how his Catholic upbringing and Howard University education have helped him give voice to an often silenced community. His writing is serious about the issues but with a tone that is full of joy, humor, and a love of Beyoncé!
