APAHW will be hosting a cooking workshop with Kiki Aranita, chef and previously owner of Poi Dog Philly. Poi Dog Philly was a Hawaiian restaurants known for its poke, spam musubi, and mocha nori fried chicken. Join APAHW over Zoom for a live cooking session with Kiki, as she teaches one of her authentic Hawaiian food dishes, pancit lumpia (spring rolls), and also engages in a social dialogue about Asian American identity.
