This pedagogy seminar is for those graduate students seeking to develop a syllabus for implementation in the classroom or for inclusion in a job portfolio. We will discuss the basics of syllabus construction for introductory-level courses on gender, sexuality, and/or women's studies. Working on the fundamentals of syllabus construction and thinking through the selection of course materials will prove invaluable for those graduate students planning to go on the market or preparing to teach their own gender studies course.

The seminar will be facilitated by Shannon Lundeen, Associate Director of GSWS and APC, and Cathy Turner, Senior Associate Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning. Lunch will be served.
